Priyanka Chopra hesitant to talk about Shahrukh Khan

Priyanka Chopra hesitant to talk about Shahrukh Khan Priyankha Chopra & Shahrukh Khan
Priyanka Chopra talks about the matters of her heart and how she feels about Shahrukh Khan. In a candid chat with a film magazine, the actress opened up on issues concerning star wives and more.

Waiting for her film Teri Meri Kahaani to release on June 22, PC is excited as well as nervous. She is also working in Krrish 3 opposite Hrithik Roshan. In a heart-to-heart conversation with Filmfare, the actress lets her guard down.

A tabloid recently carried a story about star wives being insecure and not wanting their husbands to work with Priyanka. When asked what her reaction is after reading stuff like that, Priyanka gave a long reply.

“If an actor doesn’t want to work with me, he won’t. I don’t want to get into whether he won’t because his wife or director has warned him against it or he himself is averse to it.” So it hardly matters for PC whether an actor is interested in working with her or not. The actress further adds that she’s a self-made girl, and has made a career for herself in Bollywood without any godfather.

However, Priyanka Chopra is indeed thankful to the film industry for giving her chances and letting her grow as an actress. She takes immense pride in the way she has led her life so far, and says whatever issues other people have are their problems.

The actress recently had a bitter experience when the news of her link-up with Shahrukh Khan started doing the rounds. Now she is hesitant talking anything about the star in front of the media. “Definitely. Now I don’t talk about him at all. I’ve always respected, emulated and idolised him but I don’t like to talk about it anymore,” says the actress.

However, her equation with Shahrukh Khan hasn’t changed. SRK is still as heart-warming as ever, believes Priyanka Chopra. Recently, the two stars met for an environment-based show and even performed together.
