Salman Khan and Shahrukh Khan: close but far apart!

Frenemies Salman Khan and Shahrukh Khan seem to have perfected the art of avoiding each other. Be it an award function, a party or shooting on adjacent sets, Salman and Shahrukh are now past masters at remaining oblivious of each other’s proximity.

So it happened at the mahurat of Karan Johar’s new film Student Of The Year, which stars the young actors like Varun Dhawan, Alia Bhatt and Siddharth Malhotra, that Salman and Shahrukh dropped by on the sets to congratulate Johar but timed their arrival and departure meticulously to avoid bumping into each other.

The mahurat of Student of the Year was held at Yashraj Studios and none other than Yash Chopra directed the first shot. Thereafter a lot of friends came to the sets to wish Karan Johar well for his new project.

Karan Johar’s best friend Shahrukh Khan obviously couldn’t go truant on the special day and dropped by on the sets. So did Salman Khan who was shooting for close by for Aditya Chopra.

But to everyone’s relief the two Khans did not come face to face as they arrived at different times and departed without overstaying their welcome
