Mumbai: Her reported affair with Shahrukh Khan has cost Priyanka Chopra dearly. After all losing a Karan Johar film is what many in the industry lament.
According to reports, Priyanka went around talking about signing a film under the Karan Johar banner after the success of Agneepath which was produced by KJo.
However, buzz is that her closeness to SRK made Karan drop her from any future engagements. The reason cited is that KJo is great friends with Shahrukh's wife Gauri Khan who is miffed with Piggy Chops.
Stories of Priyanka and Shahrukh 'affair' have been doing the rounds for long. Although there has not been any standoff between the ladies, the cold war was clearly evident. Adding fuel to fire was the stoic silence maintained by Priyanka and SRK.
