Bollywood was in full mood to vote yesterday as many celebs stepped out to vote for Mumbai. Celebs like Shahrukh Khan, Maanyata Dutt andMandira Bedi were some of the celebs who queued up outside polling booths to exercise their right to elect corporators for the Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC). Seen in white t-shirt, Shahrukh Khan also showed his finger after coming out from the polling both. Others who got their finger inked were Salman Khan’s fatherSalim Khan, brother Arbaaz Khan, Atul Agnihotri and wife Alvira Khan. Kumar Gaurav and wife Namrata Dutt, Aamir Khan’s first wife Reena Dutta were also spotted as they voted for Mumbai. Bollywood celebs also encouraged Mumbaikars to vote and act like a responsible citizen. “Ink on the finger day today. I have voted and I hope you will have also put voting in your priority list today,” filmmaker Madhur Bhandarkar wrote on twitter. “Went and cast a vote today... For the first time in my life ... Nooooow I’m a responsible citizen !!! Are you ?? (sic),” actress Juhi Chawla said.
