When a King throws a party, he cannot not include the prince himself. So when King Khan held a party at his mansion Mannat on Monday night, the Prince of Kolkata too managed to find his name on the list of guests.
The party, thrown by Shahrukh Khan for the Kolkata Knight Riders' players had the celebratory doors open for the Deccan Chargers and the Pune Warriors as well since the two teams played a match at Navi Mumbai earlier in the day. So while the list of Bollywood celebrities like Arjun Rampal, Priyanka Chopra, Shahid Kapoor, Suzanne and Hrithik Roshan were in attendance, it was the invitation to the former KKR skipper Ganguly that drew maximum attention.
It is however unclear if Ganguly actually made it to the event but speculation is rife on what would have transpired if the now Pune Warriors' vice-captain was actually present at Shahrukh Khan's residence. The two have reportedly shared an uneasy chemistry after Shahrukh, co-owner of KKR, did not bid for Ganguly in the auctions for IPL 4.
